Really? I had NO IDEA! Wow, you just opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities. If you don’t like my approach, then don’t read my blog. Everything I say can only be found offensive to the people who are guilty and aware of the shit they do to their body. I notice your icon is of you puffing a smoke ring. Whether thats a cigarette or marijuana, I wouldn’t be taking the advice from someone whose unclassy enough to have their icon a picture of them smoking.
We are all going to die one day. It is inevitable. But we will all slowly get older, and aging comes with a slew of its own age-related health problems. Women can get osteoporosis, men can bald — this is what aging does on its own. But by making bad choices, like smoking cigarettes or drinking soda, you will make the aging process harsher. Cigarettes, alcohol, and tanning will make your skin older and grosser than it should be. Unhealthy foods and drinks can give you diabetes, heart disease, and many other health problems. You will feel like shit every day, because you gave your body poison for fuel. This is why I do what I do. I want to spread awareness and knowledge. I want people to make better choices so they feel better, look better, and even live a little longer. So if you want to continue putting poison in your body, go ahead. But if you want to be healthy, fit, and happy for the majority of your life, then make better choices. This is what this blog is. I write articles and reblog posts that will help you make good choices. I am on a personal crusade to save the world, and by helping people become aware of whats making them sick, then maybe, just maybe, I can help them make better choices which will result in them being healthier, feeling good, and living a better life. To save the world you need to start with one person at a time. This is me, and this is what I do.
Last night while I was watching the Olympics with my mother and sister, a commercial for the new Coke Zero drink came on. I turned to my mom with a disgusted face and said, “you know that shit is worse than diet, right?” Her answer was no, but I wasn’t surprised. My mom is a very health-conscious individual, but like the rest of us sheep, we just assume that if something is “diet” or has the word “zero” on it, then it must be “better for us.” I don’t blame any of you. Its misleading. But if you’re going to continue drinking your toxic soft drinks, then at least listen to this ONE word of advice:
DRINK THE REGULAR.
“but Emily, the regular must be BAD if they had to manufacture a diet version of it, right? So then why do you want me to drink regular?”

First of all, what is soda? Soda is carbonated water + sweetener + flavor. Next question: what is a corporation? A corporation is a group of evil, greedy individuals who steal your soul through your money, and will tell you and sell you anything to get it. In fact, these corporate demons even have our own government’s FDA by the balls, paying them off to pass dangerous chemicals as “safe,” so they can put it in our deliciously poisonous soft drinks. They will stop at nothing to get our money.
So how about the semi-health conscious individuals who think they’re making a “better choice” by choosing “diet soda?” What about THEIR money? Don’t worry, friends. Thats what “diet” is. Diet coke was concocted down in the depths of hell for the people who are too pathetic to give up soda, but need a healthy alternative.
When people want to watch their weight or make healthier choices, they often think about sugar content. One 12 oz can of Coca Cola contains 39 grams of sugar. Now, how much does one 12 oz can of Diet Coca Cola contain? NONE! There are zero grams of sugar. It’s the not-really-but-they-think-they-are-health-conscious individual’s wet dream. However, this, my dear readers, is what is called marketing.
“You want to make a healthier choice but can’t get off the soda? Here, have this diet version! There’s no sugar in it!” Its almost too good to be true, right? RIGHT! There is NOTHING “good” OR “true” about diet soda.
Remember how we just learned that the evil corporations will do anything to get your money? This is where it comes in. Coca Cola needs to concoct a diet drink that will put people under the impression that it is “healthier,” but it also needs to taste good. Forget about sugar — thats what the people are trying to cut back on. So then how do they make it sweet?
Aspartame is a DANGEROUS artificial sweetener. Its a long story, and you can read all about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspartame_controversy, but to give you the cliff notes version: the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) was paid off by an evil corporation to pass aspartame as “safe for consumption.” So what is so dangerous about aspartame?
Well, to just name a few of the symptoms caused by aspartame:
Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.
Those are just side effects though. Aspartame causes much more serious problems than headaches and fatigue. When ingested, your body converts aspartame into methanol, and the methanol is then converted into formaldehyde. Just for shits and giggles, let me remind you formaldehyde is used to preserve dead bodies. Signs of acute exposure to formaldehyde include abdominal pain, anxiety, coma, convulsions, diarrhea, and respiratory problems such as bronchitis, pneumonia or pulmonary edema.
So, your healthier choice is actually not so good of a choice after all. Diet coke might not have sugar in it, but it has aspartame in it. Sure, it may not make you fat, and it might make you feel good about yourself, when you’re patting yourself on the back for choosing “diet,” but in the end, it’ll just be killing you faster. Stick with the refined sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
We now know that Diet Coke is served in the kingdom of hell. But Satan himself doesn’t drink that shit. He drinks something BETTER: Coke Zero.
FINALLY, I will reveal to you the difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Are you ready?
That, my friends, is the answer. That is the difference. Diet Coke has 1 calorie, while Coke Zero has .5 of a calorie. Diet coke is sweetened only with aspartame, but Coke Zero is sweetened with a concoction of synthetic, artificial, poisonous, and dangerous chemicals. Chemical shit storm. Are people really going to buy Coke Zero because of the 0.5 difference in caloric index? No, but apparently, according to Coca Cola themselves, men are reluctant to buy Diet Coke because they associate the word “diet” with femininity. BECAUSE NOTHING SAYS I’M A STRONG-MINDED, INDIVIDUAL, MASCULINE MAN WHO THINKS FOR HIMSELF MORE THAN DRINKING SODA FILLED WITH SATAN’S SEMEN THAT WAS MARKETED AS A HEALTHY CHOICE.
So there you have it. That is the difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero. But after all of this learning, if you still need your soda, just remember to go for the original version.

Mac and cheese might just be the “ultimate kid’s food” for children around the world, but if you’re anything like me, you’ll still be eating it until you’re old and wrinkly. Because it is a kid’s food, you already know off the bat that it CAN’T be good for you. Cheese, pasta, milk — all the ingredients needed to win you fat-ass of the year award! Not to mention the powdered cheese that comes in the box comes from cows that are treated with nasty shit like hormones, antibiotics, and painfully milked-dry cows. YUCK! I don’t know about you guys, but I’m not into putting that filth into my body. However, there is a wonderful solution.
Annie’s is an all-natural brand thats based out of a family-owned farm in Connecticut. All of their products are either all-natural or organic. Even though you can find their products in whole foods and health-conscious super markets all over the country, they’re NOT an evil food corporation (just take a look at their website — they even give you a video-tour of their farm, and the names and twitters of the people who run their company! How lovely!)
